In order to get your own MyBinStock system, you need to setup your existing KL Jack account on our website or sign up for a new one. Having your own KL Jack account gives you the ability to manage your account online, manage your MyBinStock uploads, make purchases, track your shipments, pay and view invoices, view quotes and turn them into orders, set budgets for employees, and even receive special web offers! Having a MyBinStock setup at your business will not only make your purchasing easier, it will allow you to do so many more things on the KL Jack website as well. To get your own MyBinStock started, simply fill out the MyBinStock Request Form and sign up for a KLJACK.com Account. A MyBinStock representative from KL Jack will then contact you to complete the process of setting up your MyBinStock account.

How Does It Work?
The MyBinStock system is a simple, three-step process. Just scan your items or the provided bin labels, upload the information, and confirm your order. Each of our KL Jack products are provided with a part number, and sometimes a barcode, that are used when you are scanning your order. As mentioned before, when you register for a MyBinStock account, we provide you with a small, handheld barcode scanner*. With the scanner you can scan the items you need from your facility, work vehicle, showroom, home garage, or just about any place where you have your KL Jack products and barcodes. The scanner can be used by employees or employers, each of whom have their own user name and account on the KL Jack site. For companies that have a purchasing process that requires a manager to review and approve the requisition we can ensure that orders being placed by certain users cannot be completed without manager approval. The scanning process speeds up the ordering process and allows you to quickly order exactly what you need, when you need it, without having to worry about any errors. We’ve even made it easier to store and scan your barcode products by providing labeled bins and drawers, custom 3-ring catalogs, and giving you the ability to scan KL Jack boxes, packaging, and marketing materials, as well as most of our vendor’s product packaging! Once you’ve scanned your order, you connect your scanner to your computer, via the provided USB cable or use a bluetooth connection to upload. This connection will initiate and launch your custom MyBinStock Application, where you will log into your account and go to your personal MyBinStock page. Once prompted for your login, you will enter the same email address you registered with on KLJACK.com. After login, you will head over to KLJACK.com to complete your order by finding your scans on your account list. As you start to establish your list of barcodes and part numbers, can then set up an ASK kit, bins and drawers, or a catalog that has all the codes and numbers you need right at your fingertips. After you’ve found your lists on the KL Jack website, you are ready to place your order! Select your uploaded order form the list at the bottom of your account page, and add the list to your shopping cart. From there you can go right to checkout, or you can continue to shop for other products and special on the KL Jack website. When you are ready to check out, and have reviewed your order, choose your shipping method, add a PO number and just submit your order! Easy as that! Multiple employees or employers can place orders, and each user can have their own user name and account on the KL Jack site. Orders place by certain users can even be setup up for manager approval, before orders are placed, ensuring error free ordering! Using the MyBinStock system speeds up the ordering process, eliminates user error, frees up your time to get more work done, orders are quickly shipped to your facility or you can pick up your order at a local KL Jack Branch. Orders that are place by 3:30 pm EST, have same day shipping available! All orders placed on KLJACK.com are processed, picked and double checked by humans. This means that all orders are handled by people that know our products inside & out and can make sure you get what you need, when you need it. Fulfillment rates and customer service are very important to KL Jack. With a fulfillment rate of 97% we work hard to stock the items we sell. In the event that we are unable to ship your order complete, please advise in the “Notes” section your approval to ship partials, otherwise your order will be held if necessary and shipped complete.
